At your initial session, we discuss your complaint, medical history, and factors affecting your well-being.Then, we conduct a comprehensive physical assessment to understand your condition and tailor a plan of attack accordingly.
This session may involve symptomatic relief strategies such as manual therapy ( if applicable) , such as massage or joint mobilisation.
At The Strength Osteo, your exercise plan is designed to meet your specific needs and goals, whether it’s improving physical function, reducing discomfort, or preventing injuries.

As you progress, your exercise plan evolves to meet changing needs. We provide education, injury prevention strategies, and self-care techniques for lasting results.
40-Minute Subsequent Consultation
In our 40-minute subsequent consultation, we build upon the initial consultation. We’ll assess your progress, fine-tune your exercise plan, and address any concerns you have. This session is more suitable for patients with one area of concern, or a simple exercise review.
60-Minute Subsequent Consultation:
Our 60-minute subsequent consultation is an extended consultation. This session is ideal for those with more complex presentations, needing multiple exercises modified, or require a combination of manual therapy for symptomatic relief and exercise modification.
For clients wanting more frequent guidance (weekly or bi-weekly) for more than 10 weeks – We do offer discounted rates for multiple sessions. Please email [email protected]

Our service offers 2 on 1 group sessions focused on rehabilitation or performance enhancement, which can help individuals recover from injuries or improve their physical function.
Once you have booked your consultation, you will be sent our address and our entry process.
You will also receive an email questionnaire to complete prior to your assessment.
We want to know your reason for booking, and your goals from our services. This allows us to help you as best we can.
Your initial assessment will take up to 60 minutes.
During this time, We will gain an insight as to who you are as a person, your goals, presenting complaint, previous injury history and a thorough medical history.
We will then take a thorough musculoskeletal assessment, discuss with you the findings and recommended treatment / management plan.
Theres no guesswork here, and a thorough plan to get you from where you are, to where you need to be is what you will leave with.

This session may involve symptomatic relief strategies such as manual therapy (massage, joint mobilisation) however our emphasis is on getting and keeping you moving.
You will leave with a personalised rehabilitation plan or exercise plan, with videos of how to exactly do what you need to do.
