This option involves completing a thorough questionnaire and a one hour consultation, prior to the completion of your five week training program which will be then be sent via google sheets.
This program can often be repeated one to three times, depending on your goal.

Once you have booked a one hour consult with myself, you will be sent a confirmation email and a pre consult questionnaire for you to fill out.
Your initial consultation will take about 60 minutes in duration. We want to discuss your goals, and outline our methods of exercise prescription.
We will then take you through a comprehensive assessment and then discuss with you what we think will have you on the best path to your goals.
The exercise plan will then be sent within 24 hours. You have the option to pair this with weekly or fortnightly check ins, which we strongly recommend.
