Comprehensive exercise programming for 5 weeks

$130 upfront

Suitable for those individuals who are more experienced in the weight room, however are wanting more guidance with their exercise selection, sets, reps, tempo, frequency and intensity of exercise in relation to their particular goal.

This option involves completing a thorough questionnaire, prior to the completion of your five week training program which will be then be sent via google sheets. This program can often be repeated one to three times, depending on your goal.

*Please note : This option is only suitable for those individuals who are intermediate or advanced in a gym based setting, and is recommended that this is paired with in person or online consultations

Exercise and pain coaching - Fortnightly contact

$625 upfront for 12 weeks

Suitable for those individuals wanting more frequent coaching contact, however exert a degree of competence in the gym. Here, your program is updated fortnightly for the two weeks ahead based on your check in email and your goals.

This option involves completing a thorough questionnaire, prior to the completion of your training program which will be then be sent via google sheets.

Fortnightly exercise and pain coaching includes ;

  1. A tailored, exercise program according to your goals

  2. Fortnightly email check ins for accountability – reviewing your exercise prescription, technique and recovery strategies

  3. Fortnightly exercise plan updates for the following two weeks

  4. Fortnightly technique and pain management advice

Exercise and pain coaching - Weekly contact

$900 upfront for 12 weeks

This option is suitable for those individuals wanting the most out of their coach. Here, your program is updated weekly for the week ahead, based on your check in email and your goals. Fortnightly exercise and pain coaching includes

  1. A tailored, exercise program according to your goals

  2. Weekly email check ins for accountability reviewing your exercise prescription, technique and recovery strategies

  3. Weekly exercise plan updates for the following week

  4. Ongoing technique and pain management advice

The next steps:

Step 1:  BOOK YOUR CONSULT

Once you have booked a consult with myself, you will be sent a confirmation email and a pre consult questionnaire.  We want to find out why you have booked to see us and what you would like to get out of your consultation

Step 2:  ASSESS AND DIAGNOSE

Your initial osteopathic consultation will take about 60 minutes in duration and during this consultation we will listen and talk to you about your complaint and what your goals are.  We will then take you through a comprehensive assessment and then discuss with you our findings and recommended treatment and management plan. 

Step 3:  SYMPTOM RELIEF

Treatment and management may include manual therapy to provide symptom relief and then a discussion around pain management and symptoms modification strategies. If you require a referral elsewhere, we will discuss this with you and facilitate this.

Step 4:  FUNCTION AND PERFORMANCE

Once your symptoms are under control, our goal will be to assist you with building your functional capacity, ability to perform everyday activities without pain and performance.  Our osteopaths will work with you to provide you with strategies to do so.  This may include exercise and  work related assessments and training.
