Our consultation starts with a personalised history to understand your goals for improved health and performance.

At your initial session, we discuss your complaint, medical history, and factors affecting your well-being.Then, we conduct a comprehensive physical assessment to understand your condition and tailor a plan of attack accordingly.

This session may involve symptomatic relief strategies such as manual therapy ( if applicable) , such as massage or joint mobilisation.

At The Strength Osteo, your exercise plan is designed to meet your specific needs and goals, whether it’s improving physical function, reducing discomfort, or preventing injuries. This will be completed during your session.

As you progress, your exercise plan evolves to meet changing needs. We provide education, injury prevention strategies, and self-care techniques for lasting results.

All consultations can involve one remote check in email between future consultations.

subsequent consultation

35-40 minutes: $95
55-60 minutes : $120
125-130 minutes : $180

40-Minute Subsequent Consultation

In our 40-minute subsequent consultation, we build upon the initial consultation. We’ll assess your progress, fine-tune your exercise plan, and address any concerns you have. This session is more suitable for patients with one area of concern, or a simple exercise review.

60-Minute Subsequent Consultation:

Our 60-minute subsequent consultation is an extended consultation. This session is ideal for those with more complex presentations, needing multiple exercises modified, or require a combination of manual therapy for symptomatic relief and exercise modification.

1: Book Your Consult
Secure your appointment and receive our address, entry details, and a short pre-assessment questionnaire to clarify your goals.

2: Initial Assessment

A detailed review of your history, followed by a comprehensive assessment of movement, strength, and pain. You’ll be guided through clear findings and a structured management plan.

3: Your Plan

Leave with a precise, individualised plan designed to restore movement and reduce pain. Includes targeted rehabilitation and exercise with step-by-step video guidance.

Please note : We accept payment via bank transfer. Following your appointment, you will receive an invoice to claim any applicable private health or care plan rebates. Please note, rebates are not processed on site.
